I've heard the prize for 10,000 miles is a free dress. Personally, I wouldn't know, though.

As long as the dress gets here in time for the big ball. =) I'll also accept douchey bmw model attire.
IEDEI - how's she feel at the 50k mark? Exactly the same? How many miles have you put on now? like 15k? |

Congrats, im on 30.000mls and am taking mine back to have the rear diff, diff mount, and subframe inspected due to me feeling alot of slack in the drive train, whenever i go on or off the throttle i get a dull thud from one of those areas,,
It happened once before and BMW had the whole thing apart and couldnt find anything wrong officially. When i spoke to the technician he said the the diff hanger bolts were loose but wasnt sure how or if that was the issue. It came back working perfectly so i assume for now that the bolts have worked loose again. Clearly this is a torque issue as opposed to mileage, as you guys say your car still feels tight as a drum..

cheers. It definately effecting the rear end. to the point the car looses traction alot more and you can feel the car flexing/twisting like it has flat rear tyres. will drop it off wednesday and keep you updated.
