Question for the VA guys

I'm currently in the military but will be getting out and moving back to Richmond in the next 4 months and wanted to get some opinions about passing inspection with this set up. Planning on getting the dp,cp,FMIC combo from vrsf, and them running berk mids and berk race ab w/ muffler delete. But the DP's are Catless. If I decided to go with DP's w/ race cats would I still be able to pass inspection w/ those and the berk exhaust as described? Thanks in advance

it depends where you go. some places do a visual check for cats, but plenty of people around here pass being catless.

^^^^yea I remember it being touch and go depending in where you go but I just heard they were cracking down on that. I guess I could find someone who will "pass" me like I used to. Thanks for the response
