135i vert interior plastic noises?

E88 2011 135i vert has so many plastic noises/rattles when I hit a bump or pot hole. Its very annoying.
These plastic noises from A pillar covers, plastic on seat bottoms (where seat adjustment controls reside), etc are loud enough to make it feel like a cheap car.

Do others have same noises? Has anyone tried to fix these plastic interior noises?

What've done already for noise reduction:
- Applied silicone wet protector to all rubber seals on windows and doors. Squeaks have gone down.
- Insulation in door panels to reduce road noise.
