Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse
Hello,
I have few pics that I'd like to share with you. Yesterday me and my girlfriend went for a roadtrip to Grossglockner. The scenery there is amazing and roads are very well maintained... I'll just let the pictures do the talking  |

Nice pics. Is that village where the Keebler elves come from?

Ya, now I have to make a road trip there as well. I'm planning one over Stelvio Pass (chosen as best driving road in 2007 on Top Gear), to Lugano, Italy, then back over another pass in to St. Moritz, Switzerland and then back home.
Off to Google maps I go... ETA: damn I didn't realize that was THAT close to me! haha. Dayum. |

I'm only about 2 or so hours from Ljubljana and have been there several times. Villach is only about an hour and a half from me so I could follow your same route. Thanks for posting this!! If you get tired of those 261's keep me in mind!! We should do a 135 meet at the BMW Welt in Munich as there seems to be quite a few of us within a days drive of Munich.

Nope...I'm a teacher but yes I have been to Ljubljana (mostly to the big shopping area and the indoor pool/spa). Would love to do a drive through some nice Alpine passes. Isn't there a nice drive near Bled? Isn't there a KW suspension dealer/installer in Ljubljana?
