I stated my opinion (see on page 1) saying what I thought but it's his car, so his choice. Here's a good way to express your own thoughts: DON'T do it to your own car! happy now?
And your angry responses to this won't do anything, so don't waste your time.

+3.14159. That thing is rice-a-licious. Ditch the goofy rear badges and it'd immediately be 200% better. Different tips on the exhaust wouldn't hurt either.

You spent a load of money and i'm not feeling the car at all.

1. Debadge the crap on the back. PLEASE
2. Change the red roundels back to stock.
3. The quad looks great but i hate the tips. They ruin it.
4. Not feeling the flip up.

However, the eyelids look good. Where did you get them from?
Also, i like the white rims and the side skirts.

My feedback

Thanks guys i have took off the rear badges and the m plates. As for the side skirts the vents came in black and i wanted to keep everything red and white so to me red was better. I don't really dig the REMUS TIPs and I'm working on changing them! Thanks for all the input! Can't take the good without the bad.

i dunno what everyone else wrote because i dont feel like reading all the posts.. but dude... those red emblems are tacky, then the red inserts in the sideskirts?? looks nasty... twin turbo and a one emblem, as if you really need 2 of them, not to mention it is put on crooked. the white wheels and red brakes are fine though. and those exhaust tips look like they are from autozone.

Good call, should look much more clean with those gone.

That makes sense considering you're going for a red/white theme, but having some contrasting colors is probably a good idea. Keep in mind that the grills, diffuser, and parts of the front bumper are black, so it's not like you really have to have that red vent on the skirts to keep the theme going. I don't think it looks too bad as is though.

Good call there too. The rear of the car will look way better with better tips in combination with the removal of those badges. I really can't understand how an exhuast manufacturer could produce something that hideous.

Honorable reply.

My opinions have already been reflected, so I'll refrain. Use the forum to help make your car look the best it can...but in the end...regardless if we hate it or not, don't let that influence who you are.

A few E36s around here make me laugh in disgust every time I see them, from two toned paint to spoilers stack on top of one another. They make me wish BMW would enact an owners' society, where mods have to first be approved. But I see the proud look on the guys face, and a thumbs up as I drive by...he's happy. In the end, his heinous creation is a source of my entertainment.

Is it just me, or is the cut job in the diffuser for the second set of tips not very clean...? Could just be the picture. If not, PLEASE fix that before you do anything else.

Yeah this guy has been an incredibly good sport. I dont know if I could take that criticism without firing back, but then again, I dont know if I could put some of those items on my car either. I do actually like the rims in white. Ive seen them painted grey and black and they look like crap, but white actually looks pretty good.
