Purchasing new rims, need offset advise. 18x8 and 18x9.5 with 40mm offset
I am going to be buying new summer rims for my 135 in the next couple months. The style of rim that I am looking at says the fitment for a 135 should be 18x8 et40 and 18x9.5 et40.
Will these sit pretty flush? Or will I need spacers for the rear? Thanks for the help! Patrick |

I was originally going to use the stock size rubber since they are almost brand new. Let me see if there are any other options in the style I want. Thanks for the help.

You could use stock 245/35/18, it will be a tiny little bit of a stretch on a 9.5 inch wheel but would work. But even with that ET40 might be cutting it close.

I wanted a BBS F1 rep in 18" but it doesn't look like there are any options currently. |

I have 18x9.5 ET 42 in the rear and I am lowered on coilovers all the way down. With stock tire setup there is no rubbing with one passenger in the car. With somebody on the back seat I only rub on major humps on the highway. Here is a pic of my rear fitment:
