Boost Issue?

N54 with JB4 & charge pipe I had no boost it was as if something was blocking the turbo and pulled over restart car no codes thrown back normal although in second gear if I put my foot down it jumps a little like it's about stall and then take off?

Ever had a cylinder misfiring before? Does it feel like that? Best to see if you can read a fault code.

How would you read the code? if it was misfiring wouldn't it be a continues misfire?

Engine can re-start normally until you press the throttle and it will start to misfire again. Code will tell you exactly which cylinder is misfiring...if it's the problem and does sound like one.

To read code, you need one of the OBDII reader. It sounds like you haven't got one or are familiar with diagnostics. Go to Advan Performance and Peter will sort you out in no time.
