Auto Club Speedway "Roval"

Video of my track day at Auto Club Speedway on Feb. 24th.
It was very windy that day and going around a banked turn at ~120mph was quite the experience! Before I get back to that track next time, I think I'll add more safety gear

Unfortunately I mounted the camera too low, so it's not a very good video. Figured I'd post it anyway...

Best lap is nr. 8, which starts around the 14min mark.

I posted this video partially with you in mind so you can see what I mean in my comments to your videos.
Around the 14:55 mark in the video, you can see that I got a little squirrly out of turn 6 and had to make some quick corrections. I've never seen you do this at all. The good part is that you don't have to make these corrections since you're a much smoother driver than me. The bad part is that when it did go wrong, I didn't see your hands move at all...

Below is a little "oops" from my first session on the same corner as I mentioned above. There I had to work much harder to keep it on track, but I did...

That's where I think the auto-x experience really helps me and that's why I suggested it to you.

The San Diego BMW CCA chapter @ Qualcomm stadium and the Los Angeles BMW CCA chapter @ Auto Club Speedway sometimes. Also with the Porsche club @ Qualcomm.

were you there the past couple weekends ago with the LA chapter? There were a lot of 1er's out there that day.

Satakal those results were from November quite a while back. My f30 328i baseline did well!

No. I haven't been up to LA in a while unfortunately.
My 1 series is pretty easy to spot usually...
