You got a good deal
So that's $1700/hr labour rate... Sounds about right...

You can see which is RHD and which is LHD from the positioning of the Bonnet Release Lever. Different pedals. Don't fit.
I don't know but, I bought these

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/250997489...ht_4089wt_1396

& they fitted mine fine......

Couldn't be more pleased.

I dunno mate... Maybe the holes are further apart on the OEM ones? As I said, I don't have a manual so I have no personal experience. I just know that they are different and that people have had problems with them in the past...

Just took it with the iphone.

The only thing is the bottom 4 bolts on both the brake and clutch pedal are too long and need to be cut, unless you want your shoe lace to be caught!

Thinking of getting one from the same seller:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BMW-2006-...ht_3729wt_1156

But worried as several people say they don't fit Aussie cars.

Did you have any issues fitting yours, apart from having to cut the bolts down?
Do they go over the top of the existing pedals, or do you remove the rubber ones first?

Correct me if I'm wrong:
Line them up on the pedals, drill holes, bolt them in.

You got it! I guarantee you that this is a flush clean fit, from that ebayer.

Probably one of the best mods I've done. Best feeling when you wake up in the morning and seeing them as you open the door

How come the footrest in the ebay photo is different to the one you shown on your car?

He has the right-hand drive version like mine which was spot on. Explain it to him, to confirm.

He got back to me last night, and said that he doesn't have a right-hand drive version

I'm still wondering if its worth the punt. The only issue will be how well the dead pedal fits i suppose.

Can you post a straight on photo of the dead pedal, with the carpet mat pulled back?

Thanks
