S2 would be a start, but to beat it in all aspects your going to probably need the lightweight flywheel, most likely the quaife LSD, almost certainly lighter wheels, and while you're there get the OEM 3.1lbs/corner lighter brake rotors, and absolutely 100% will need better tires, you can throw 50k out the window and you'll still need better tires, I think the M3 has PS2s? think the new goodyear f1 asymmetrics or PS2s or contisportcontact3s-

pretty amazing what the tires can do alone- take the e90 325i tirerack used to test those three along with the birdgestone non-runflat- I know the skidpad isn't everything but stock that car does .88-.89 if I remember right- the goodyear was .98 dry, the conti .97 and the rest .96! far better than .88-.89

M3 dust, let see who the sucker is when BMW doesn't honor your warranty and you pay out of pocket for everything that goes wrong with your engine, tranny, suspension. Then I will be laughing all the way to the bank. Its one thing when you are modifying a honda civic/accord. This is a BMW with more sophisticated technology. I don't trust backyard tuners that experiment with this and that. Let me ask you. Why don't they back shit up like Dinan does? I'll tell you why, because of idiots like you who go spend less money for a shit product and don't know why their engine is causing them trouble. I'll be the sucker that pays a little more for a little less power, but I'll also won't be paying one penny for 4years/50,000 miles.

Provided, of course, that DINAN picks up any warranty claims, as I mentioned before. You will have to look to them for repairs of parts that can be logically traced back to one of their changes.

And there is no need to say disparaging things about tuners other than Dinan....to each their own, you know?

Yes your right, but I don't take well to anyone calling me a sucker. M3 dust must be a real tough guy, name calling over the internet.

Come on... everyone is entitled to spend their money wherever they see fit. Let's not turn this into a pissing contest, add a reply if you can help the original topic by the OP.
