135i question......Help

Hey guys what’s up I have been reading/observing this forum for quite a long time now but this is my first post. I am a lucky kid because my Dad told me when I was a little kid that if I ever graduated college that he would buy me a new car.

Well I graduate in May and as you might guess I have had my eye on the BMW 135i ever since I first read an article about it in an auto mag. last year. The problem is that my dad is convinced that we will not be able to get the car without dealer markup, so he has been trying to convince me to get a infiniti G37 instead. I really have my mind set on the BMW 135i, so do you all think that we will be able to get the car for MSRP right now?, and if we decide to order one will I even be able to get it this year? Thanks

So far I have not heard anyone say they were paying a markup. If that is going to happen it will be soon, as a marketing campaign kicks in with the 'launch.'

But don't listen to us. Take a cab to your local dealer and ask!

I'm about 80% sure most people are buying at MSRPright now and a few people who havn't orderd are trying to get under.

I've heard of no one that is paying more than MSRP......some are paying less.
Tell your dad to read around on this forum then order your 1er today :biggrin:

I haven't heard of anyone paying a markup. If your dealer is charging one, they're a bad dealer. You can get MSRP no problem.

There has been no reports so far of premiums for the 135i... Its all been MSPR and a few slightly under MSRP
