Yeah, I like the headlights and stuff to, I would choose my car over this any day. But! They improved the headlights.. I hate the front bumper though.. They gave it "mean" headlights but a "feminine" body. I think it just looks wrong all together

It looks to me like it'll morph into a sedan pretty well.
I tried to look at my car the same way today, and I just couldn't see it, even though I know that the dimensions between my car and the E46 Coupe (and therefore, sedan) are basically the same.

It has too large a butt for me. Did someone say it looks like Camry? I kind of agree. Thoroughly modern (mid 2010 looks rather than mid 2000), but I am not sure if I like it.

I don't mind the nose and the tail-- okay, sure, they had to make it look like its big brother. Brand identity. Sure, I get it. I even think they did a pretty good job of it. So many times a manufacturer tries to make all the cars look the same no matter the size and only one looks anything like an automobile. This doesn't have that problem.
The part that I think doesn't look the part is the back glass and C-pillar. The angle is too acute, too much slope to it. I don't think the greenhouse is any taller on the current 1er Coupe than the 2er, but it looks like it (and thus looks more like a 2002 or an E30, tying in some performance heritage) because the back glass stands up straighter. Honestly, I like the way the car looks-- but I would have preferred it looked more E30 than F30. Looking back, though, is so five-years-ago. |

Someone in the main thread referenced the telephoto lens and it can play tricks with the proportions: http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showp...&postcount=234 (I don't know anything about photography, but I'd like to think it will look better in person, so I'm cautiously optimistic). |

I'll reveal what the 6 other cars are if no one figures it out. Not that it's hard to figure out... Last edited by blinded; 05-23-2013 at 12:00 PM.. |

By the silhouettes it is:
F32 E92 E46 E36 E30 E21 2002 That wouldn't match the proportions for A though.
