Your tire may have a ripped bead. Take it to a different, reputable, wheel and tire shop so they can inspect everything.

Well there's no guarantee that the work they do will ever be to where it needs to be. You can see if they'll fix this issue for you, but if this shop was not able to properly mount and balance your tires in the first place, no guarantees that you'll get a properly mounted and balanced tire from them ever. They need to correct it, or you need to get a refund. If they damaged your goods, they need to pay for a replacement. Simple as that.
