Sunroof Not Closing Flush

Has anyone had this problem? I noticed today the when I put the sunroof on auto close, the rear is raised a tiny bit. This bothers my OCD. I tried to recalibrate by holding the raise button for 60 seconds or so but no fix.

This drove me crazy at first too.

Think about it this way...If you look at th sunroof from the outside of your car, it is flush with the roof. So in order to slide backwards, it has to come down first. So when you close it, the opposite happens. It slides forward and then the back slides up to be flush with the metal on the outside once again.

Yes, that's what I've been doing. Just rather it just close right the first go!
