its not that the golds are bright... its his exposure that made it look brighter.

Yes sir, the pictures were taken at night and that parking garage wasn't particularly bright so the long exposure messes with the wheel color, they look most like the first pic. Also because of the lighting most of the pics look very orange before I corrected them, which brightened the wheels quite a bit.

Not a fan of the color but the wheels themselves look great. The fitment looks perfect, very agressive! Doesnt even look like it needs to be lowered.

Man.. crazy contrast.. I usually love gold rims because I had a white car with gold but that gold is a bit to yellow.. and they look small because of the lip.. 19"s would have looked perfect..

Instead of long exposure have higher ISO and normal exposure. It'll get the gold better in the same conditions.

Eh, I hate high ISOs gets all grainy. Also I probably got two crazy with saturation and vibrance on the camera raw control in photoshop, maybe i'll try posting a color corrected one later.

i have BSM and terra and was really thinking on getting gold Work VS-XX's but i think the gold on this is just too bright, now the color in the photochoped version is MONEY! lower and throw some tint...

I like them, thought of doing the same on my TiAg. It rides a bit high with the big wheels but a small drop will make the car look sharp.

VERY nice wheels. i love black or white cars with gold wheels, especially bmw's with that combo. the ONLY thing i would have changed is to make them 19's, even if it was only 19's on the rear. but it still looks sexy as hell!

edit: just looked at some prices for 18" DPE wheels. they go for like $750 a wheel. too rich for my blood! knock-offs for the win!

with tires, i'd guess around 4.2k, rims alone should've been 3.4k plus tax give or take.

+1, I thought it was already dropped a bit too. I'm not a fan of gold nor these rims, so I don't understand why your car still looks really good to me.

I'm not sure about those; you might want to rethink that! Draws too much attention to the wheels and takes away from the allure of the car.
