Standard Suspension (sa225)? Anyone knows the difference?

I was checking my car specs and saw once again the "standard suspension S225A" option there and got curious.
It's a 08 E88 135i and the reference on the struts matches the S225A option requirements.

My questions if anyone can help:
-Does anybody know how different this is from the sport suspension?
-Anyone swap this suspension with the sport or Performance and can tell me in what way you notice the differences?
- Are the springs different? Mine say C7 or something on them...

I never really bothered with this because the car seems to have the usual ride height and is as stiff and sporty as i've always assumed and read about.

I'm curious about this, too -- I have a 2011 135i with the '0704 MSport Suspension' and I'm curious what the exact difference is...
