I'm no expert but - I don't think it is antilag, it's more overfuelling in the tune. Might be deliberate to cool the head down or might just be lazy tune.

There are a few shots of the 1M being very lazy coming out of low RPM turns where there is no antilag evident.

a mate had anti-lag on his evo 7 and blew the engine about 3 weeks later safe to say his new engine doesnt have anti-lag.
