+1. Although it's hard to tell from the one painted picture on the eBay listing... I might change my mind if I can see more pics.

By the way, can you get a full Ericsson trunk for our cars?

Nope. No one has officially made one yet. Vorsteiner is the closest but its very expensive.

I actually think this may be growing on me as an alternative to the full trunk replacement. I like the duckbill look but I am not keen on replacing my whole trunk (then I need to store my old one).

I'm with you about replacing the trunk. I had a CF trunk on my 335 and honestly I didn't like the way it felt when I was opening and closing it. Not a big deal but being so light it just felt cheap. Plus it's a pain to store.

Amen to that.... I want the duckbill style like iCarbon but I don't need the weight savings or headache of storing another trunk :/

The fact that they call it a do luck(high end jdm cf parts) spoiler makes it ricey...although it could look good if you had it molded into the trunk

Does anyone know if will be dificult to fit a custom made quad exhaust for this rear diffuser?

Like someone said in this thread, kinda cool to finally see something new, altough im not into the trunk lip.

Fitting an exhaust may not be terrible difficult but some have experienced that when all is said and done depending on the shop it may or may not be cheaper to just buy the exhaust for it. That's why I ended up with the RPi gt race quad.

haha, that's my car actually. I have the hartge diffuser on it with custom exhaust. I don't know how's the fitment on the hartge replica diffuser from Ebay. But I do have the do luck style spoiler on my car right now. It's a modified version of the do-luck style spoiler from the Evo X. I am working with my supplier to make a full trunk version. The lip spoiler is just test water and see if there's enough interest on this particular style for the E82, since the market is a lot smaller than the E9x. It's really expensive to make a mold. If you guys are interested, feel free to pm me and i will talk to my supplier to make a full trunk version in FRP or CF.

Nice! I found another post of yours with another picture (hope you don't mind me posting). You are right that the E8x is smaller, but there are so few options out there that I bet the response for something like this could be huge.

Not sure about it as an add on, but a trunk like that at the right price (say less then 1000) could sell really well.
