128i with M sport package. currently 205-50-17 up front and 225-45-17 in rear.

goodyear run flats are shot after 12k miles.

this hankook ranked 1st in category on tire rack (ultra hp all season), great price, and rebate until the end of month. none of the reviews specifically mentioned using on a 1er.

any experience with this tire on a 128? any help would be much appreciated.

Set the time machine forward a couple of months, and I'll let you know. Tirerack says....

They seem very light, which has pros and cons. A bit better in snow than most, which some need, some don't. A tradeoff with the Michelins of slightly less steering response and ultimate grip for better noise/ride characteristics.

Not as hardcore as some, perhaps easier to live with. My current choice, but I want to get the mods lined up first. I'll be very interested to hear real experience.
