My black 135i

Hiya,

Finally got the chance to take some pics.

My car is a 2008 BSM 135i.

Mods include: Dinan Stage II tune, Dinan intercooler, Dinan oil cooler, Stett charge pipe with Forge DVs, Dinan front strut bar, UUC SSK & DSSR, carbon fibre interior trim, BMW Performance exhaust, BMW Performance carbon rear diffuser, Volks VRG2 18" wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres, AP Racing front and rear calipers and disks, Hartge sports suspension, Quaife ATB differential, Hartge front and rear anti-roll bars, M3 bushings and probably a few other bits I can't remember!

Hope you guys like it.

Jack

Very nicely done, and very tastefully modified. I've got to ask though, why didn't you upgrade to the stage III flash after the intercooler & oilcooler install?

Thanks.

Stage II's got enough power for me and I'm planning to keep this car for a long time so I like to be conservative with my tuning.

I like it! With some matte black kidney grills, you could round out your blacked-out look.

Yeah, I have thought about that but I think you then lose the signature BMW kidney grille shape as it all looks one big black hole at the front.

That's why I changed the standard chrome/chrome grille for a black grille with chrome surrounds.

all the japanese cars seem to have that change holder as well. I feel like it is one of those things that we want just because we can't get it.... sigh....

Jack... Glad i could help you out with your custom set up.
I love how it turned out and the fitment seems dead on. the APRacing BBK on the custom hubs look awesome!

thanks for the support!

Yes Julius - I did take my time over getting the offsets right and it turned out perfectly.

To anybody out there looking for fantastic customer service I would recommend WSTO - I got a set of wheels sent to the UK as a personal import and everything worked out very smoothly.
