What kind of mileage are you looking for? Any idea roughly how much you intend to spend?

Mileage isn't too big of an issue, just nothing crazy. Looking to stay around 15k, but all really depends on the car.

Note: there are +20 automatics n54's for sale in with 500 miles of Miami zip code.

My opinion n54 is overpriced, nearly 100k miles and isn't under 9k is crazy
The two that are manual that are near me, both have a little too many miles looking for something with a little less. Thanks though. Please let me know if you can find any other ones for me.

Just think its probably a better idea to spend a little more and get a car with less miles for reliability reasons

Image trying to do those repairs yourself or paying the dealership/independent to do that work for you. You be paying for the parts & shipping plus the right tools to complete the job. Then it takes a weekend to service the vehicle yourself.
Not saying only buy high mileage, just saying look at the options available around you.
That's a good point my N54 is at 119K and runs like a clock because it had all of the required maintenance done at the required time. I recently purchased another car as a DD to keep the miles from climbing on my 1er but it runs perfect. 100K is not high mileage on these cars, if maintained.

Yeah I understand completely. If I find a car with relatively high mileage I just have to see maintenance records or records on a Carfax to see that is has all its maintenance up to date. Thanks for the information!
