We do not use that method of making these CDV's. We have been selling CDVs for over a year now with the 335s and they posted this same thing on that thread. People still bought from us because this is not the way its done. Your more than welcome to PUNCH it out with a allen tool set? lol If you would like. Common sense tells me that just by looking at the tools used....a combination of an allen tool and a hammer doesn't seem like a combo commonly used when working on a 45k BMW.

Still have not received the CDV that I ordered one month ago. Since you guys (adam, anthony) are not responding to my PMs, which I attached read receipts to, I need you to contact me immediately or I will have to take matters up with my bank.
BTW, I did not want to put this in the FS thread but what am I to do if I cannot get a hold of you any other way? |

Next take a small allen wrench and insert it into the small end of the CDV as shown. With minimal pressure tap the allen wrench and the restrictor will pop right out. 
Pictured here is the inside of the CDV once popped out. There is nothing else left inside the CDV and it's now guts free. 
Reinstall the modified CDV. Fluid is now free to flow through the valve unobstructed and you will notice the difference right away. If you reinstall the CDV quickly enough you may not need to bleed the lines but it's a good idea anyway. Since I did this mod months ago I don't have actual step-by-step instructions on how to do it but following is a link to the best DIY CDV replacement I've seen:
