FYI:
My order did take almost 2 months but I knew BEFORE hand that I was getting a CUSTOM offset specific wheel for my BMW. How many wheel companies even offer that!! I was in no rush to get them and was told by **********s that it could take 4-8 weeks. As far as my delivery, they arrived in well packaged boxes with lip rings top and bottom, fabric covers, and inner boxed liners. The wheels looked GREAT!!! Hell! I re-used the same packaging to sell my old set of wheels and got GREAT feedback for it! I'm working with Kevin on estimated delivery time for this GB so the wait isn't too long. 18x8.5 et46
18x9.0 et50
18x9.5 et56

Now its up to you guys if you want to go lower on the offsets, like I said we can set that up for you!

If we want to try to fit a 275 or 285 on the rear on stock suspension without fender roll, should we go with 18x9.5 et56 or would it help fitment to go with a slightly higher et like et60? The reason I ask is because a different brand 1 series specific wheel vender was saying 18x8.5 et38 up front and 18x9.5 et 62 on the rear is best for wide tires. Sorry I don't know much about wheel/tire fitment that's why I'm asking.

BTW the Matte black rims look incredible!

If you are planning to run wider tires it's generally better to go the higher offset to accomodate since you don't want to do any suspension changes. From my experience and reading much info on running wider tires is that you can always adjust the camber which will help tuck the wider tire. I'm gonna try stuffing 285's on all fours on 10"s!!! Though I know it's been done already with the set up I'm getting!

I would recommend burning through those tires FIRST then get proper fitment with wider tires such as the 235/265 or 245/275 combo! I can get wheels in offsets for those tires tho! Let me know.

Looking at the website, the cutoff ET for a 18x9.5 is 60. But based upon what Kevin recommended earlier along with the white 135 I posted earlier running 19x9 ET 50, I think a 18x9.5 ET 56 will be fine with a 275 and maybe a 285.

Food for thought....

Enkei recommends 18x8.5 ET 40 running 215/40/18 IF on all fours
Breyton recommends 18x8.5 ET 48 running 245/35/18 IF on all fours
OZ is a little more aggressive and recommends front 18x8 ET 40 running 215/40/18 and rears 18x9 ET 40 running 245/35/18

So based upon these recommendations:
I think 18×8.5 Front +46 235/35/19 and 18×9.0 Rear +50 265/30/19 would be fine on stock suspension.
IF you want to go wider tires AND LOWERED then Front 18x8.5 ET 46 running a 245/35 and 18x9.5 ET 56 running a 275/30 and 285/30

I had to do the same research when ordering my 19x9 ET 32 and 19x11 ET 25

Lolz! I heard that about the offset thing! I'm an expert now after all the research I've done in the past and having a E36 M3 (sold), E46 M3, E46 325i (wife's car) and an X5 (family wagon)!!! I even have an offset calculator if anyone needs it. Now that my kids are a little older, I wanted to do some more track days this year so my set will be a dedicated track set.

I'm definitely interested but I just spent my money on iCarbon stuff lol. I'm sure I'll have the money in 1-2 months time.

I got a 128i and is currently running on msport suspension I think. What sort of offset do you think would work good for me? I am interested in lowering my car a bit when I get around to it.

First I would recommend thinking of what you want out of your suspension and wheels. Are you using these strictly for the street and some spirited driving? Or will these be used for double duty for some auto x's and track days? Once you decide then I can help you more. If you just want an aggressive set up on stock height, I gave some suggestions above. Once you lower your car it gets a little tricky but for the most part you can go a little wider and more aggressive. When you lower a car "generally" the wheels tuck in a tad on camber. Once you start using camber plates and arca's then that's when the "REAL" fun happens! Having a little negative camber front and rear helps out the overall response of your vehicle in "hard" turns

Forgestar will not recommend an 18x10, if you look through our gallery the majority of those wheels were flush fitments set by Forgestar. Now if you are specific and know that this is the type of set up you want to run my order details will say that.

18x10 ....stretch tire set up and roll your fenders!

Going back to what I said earlier, I will advise you on fitment and place your requests, if Forgestar feels that for whatever reason that is not a set up they are comfortable doing, I will notify you. That would be a very extreme case. You were probably dreaming about the lifetime warranty haha

For my Forgestar orders that I have placed, if you are specific to those tire sizes I list that in the order details as well. Don't worry about asking questions like I said I'm here to help you guys out!

Good question, on your order I would tell Forgestar the tires you are running and they will determine that for you

They can get done in any offset, it does not mean we recommend it because et38 is really aggressive.
