I second the installation question, how easy/hard was it? All bolt on using the holes that are already there ? or is drilling/tape required??

This lip looks great. But it would be even better if Slek can fabricate an udertray around it, to make it more functional. I am sure all track junkies would be all over it.

From what I have been told you just use the factory bolts and they align with the lip bolts. So no new drilling of any kind of bolts or anything. Also use some 3M tape. But I will let Rwolf confirm it since he has the only installed lip but I am sure he is driving to SEMA right now or something of that sort.

Price estimates are posted in the first post. 791$ish for 20+ people. 30+ price hasn't been posted yet since all 30+ people would have to pay before it hits that level but I would estimate it around 750ish.

If you can convince 10+ people that are willing to pay more $ for a undertray then SleK would consider it. Only thing is SleK manufacturers only CF right now so it would be CF as well so not cheap.

Install was simple. All the holes come pre-drilled and are designed to work with your factory fasteners. unpack, mount, and enjoy. My caravan just got into Las Vegas and everyone here LOVES the look of the front lip. Its a perfect compliment to the M bumper we have.

Just a reminder, most likely everyone is at SEMA this week so if responses are slow that is why.

Being an engineer I have to agree with this. If it were for a race car and produced downforce then it is a different story. There are other places to spend that amount of money which have a function.

Nice work and quality based on the pictures.

Not to hijack the thread but what brand of wheels and what sizes are you running here?

Thanks

I talked to SleK and they can make FRP but it will only be 100-150$ cheaper than Carbon. So say $800 vs $700. Most people would just get the carbon at that price range. They also said FRP is not stronger than Carbon. It will crack easier than Carbon.

I did not ask about that since it would have to be a completely new piece which would require making a prototype and then the mold. But will try to bring it up.
