Extremely easy, 15minute job. The lip comes with 3M tape already on the middle and then you reuse your factory mounting bolts at the bottom. So just take off your bolts, align the lip then screw in the first bolt on each side and peel the 3M tape to get it sticky and pop the other bolts in.
