I bought these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Gen-B...spagenameZWDVW
They make a HUGE difference in comfort. I've got black leatherette and got the vests in black. They look OK too. Don't stand out or seem out of place at all.

thats one hairy seat.

any pics on the e90? my back sweats a lot specially with the backrest inflated to hug me. i just keep it deflated because of that. i'd always keep it hugging me tight if it weren't too hot.

Here's a small pic - (sorry for the quality).

In person they look OK. The don't stand out nor detract from the car. They don't look as "hairy" especially after they've been broken in after a couple of days and the wool has settled in place. Keep in mind these are a genuine BMW OEM accesory. I've taken co-workers to lunch and they've liked the additional comfort.

Most importantly they make a HUGE, HUGE difference in ventilation comfort (plus provide additional padding and back support). My back no longer sweats AT ALL even on the hottest days (upper 90's) we've had so far here in Texas.

I dont understand why they dont have this as an option. I cant immagine its that costly to them to make it for say $500. Cost to them has got to be under $100. I love the seats in the 7...

Definitely not something I would get, even living in Florida. I guess I just don't have a sticky bum.

From my experience, guys butts are inherently sweatier than girls.

Also, girls get to wear short skirts to cool off even more ...
