I have the Hartge spoiler and that is not it. It might be a modified version of it......but that looks like Kirschner splitter.

Pretty sure it's custom.

If you look closely the splitter is mounted on top of a end.cc lip

I also see an STI style rear wing. Need to find more pics of this car. Damn I love JDM style.

Edit: The car is a product showcase for Arqray tuning out of Japan. I couldn't find any E82 products on their site. They also don't appear to sell anything that even looks like that splitter so not sure where it's from yet but it's all kinds of bad ass.
