OEM nav / digital gauge mount for Non-IDrive / aftermarket nav
I'm selling a very hard to find E8x professional CIC Nav display hood. This hood mounts directly where your storage tray or CCC flip up monitor go. Fits 7" tablets. Perfect way to mount an aftermarket Display and have it look oem. These are super hard to find, BMW does not sell them individually. Price is $200 Will ship if buyer pays for shipping Last edited by uberschnell; 05-20-2016 at 05:42 PM.. |

I wanted to swap my fold down CIC with it, but the fold down CIC needs to be rewired to work (monitor will not turn on until the motor that drives the screen up is full extended).
I never got a chance to use the hood as I don't know how to make that work so I am going to sell it. Now I wish I had never gotten factory Nav. Tons of people are doing aftermarket set ups with much nicer graphics and way more functionality. The problem has been how to make it look oem. That's why this is perfect. It's just dropped into the dash in the photo to show how it looks when installed. |

Is this what people are using for installing android tablets in dash nav hoods? I'm sure you've seen what I'm talking about.
