Shame mate, I ordered from IND and the delivery by UPS (Useless Parcel Service) went walkabouts, I was left out of pocket in the end and was only offered a discount on another set, was expecting a bit better customer service to be honest, so wont be recommending or doing that again and will order local from now as learn't my lesson........Good luck, hope it turns out better than my experience...

We have had some problems with USPS. I will make sure that we get you a new set shipped out in the morning. It's really a shame that USPS can't ship it correctly.

I checked the support logs and it shows we shipped to an address in the US for you and the box was left at the front door but I see from your username that you are located in the UK?

I was in the US at the time it was being delivered, tracked, system said delivered, but nothing there, not signed for, no delivery slip left, nothing at all and no one will take any responsibility after 2 months of so called investigating by UPS and yourselves and I am left out of packet with nothing to show other than we can offer you a discount on another set!

I will look into it right away. I show that it was sent by UPS not USPS which we never have problems with.

BTW the ones that was lost was sent by USPS. Not UPS for me. Meaning they got lost sent by the US Postal Services for me.

DHL is the ones that worked best for me.

My purchase from IND arrived to Chile fast and efficient by TNT Express and my PSS tires from tire rack arrived by DHL, again w/out any problems. Maybe IND and other companies which ship internationally keeps a record of transport companies like the ones who screw it and others who don't. I hope you guys will receive the goodies soon.

Today UPS delivered the side markers. Thank you Nate for sending them again! They where sent the 16/1 and arrived on 19/1! Have not put them on the car yet.

Now I have fitted the black gloss side markers with the black gloss glass. I think it match the black gloss window frames really well and give the "black/white" look. If I don't like it I will change to the original clear glass. Will take pictures when the car is clean and post here so others can see the AW with black gloss sidemarkers including the glass.

Can someone from IND please PM me ASAP. I finally got around to installing the blacked out parts I ordered (kidneys, side grilles, M emblem). Kidneys and emblem look great. However, on the side grilles you sent two passenger side grilles by mistake. I have sent Nate several PM's over the past week regarding ordering more items and have not heard back. Hopefully we can get back in contact. Thanks!
