NGK Repalcement Spark Plugs

Hi guys

In the slow long process of getting my car ready for flex fuel, I decided I should change the spark plugs. So far my research has led me to the NGK 5992 Part No ILZKBR7A-8G. Apparently they are one step cooler, and the Americans love them.

I couldn't find any specific 'use these for E85', but it does seem to be what they are using.

I couldn't source any in Australia. I called around, but nobody could get that part number. This leads me to two questions:

1) Are they not suitable in Australia due to the environment? (I live in Qld so we can get quite high ambient temperatures)
2) Do they just get listed under another part number here?

Any feedback or experience with alternate plugs is much appreciated.

Regards
David
