Too good to be true?

I came across this today. Too good to be true?

"2011 BMW 1M Coupe - $22,500"

I ran the vin and it does show up as a 1M...

No idea why but that dealer is clearly using other peoples pictures to advertise cars that they don't have on the lot & don't own. They only list around 50 cars on their website but have 120+ on car gurus. The 2007 GT3 for example is completely lifted from another dealer's old listing in new york.

Running a scam of some sort, either looking to steal deposits for vehicles they don't actually have or just trying to generate foot/phone traffic hoping to pull the "it just sold but we have this over here instead" bullshit.

I'd say scam like above or they fat fingered it and hit the 2 instead of the 5. Would a branded title justify that low price on a 1M?

its a scam. Just ran the vin, the car is located in idaho with its last owner who bought it a year ago. If this dealer actually had the car, carfax would show it.

It is still for sale and I'm willing to sell it for US$22500. The car is registered on my name, it has 25100 miles, the title is clear (VIN WBSUR9C54BVP76195- no lien, accident free) also it drives and runs great. It is located in Houston, TX and I'm selling it because I'm not in US anymore. I live in UK with my family now.
