Looks great, John! How is your clearance between the wheel/tire and strut on the front?

There is a really big strut clearance, which may come in handy if I need to change to coil overs. From the rim to the OE style strut there is 9mm. My previous 17x8 ET45 wheel has 8mm gap. It indicates to me the front wheel offset may be closer to ET38 than ET40 that I asked for. When I first received the wheels I did a direct measurement of the wheel offset with calipers. I measured the front offset to be ET38 and the rear offset to be ET52. I figured the 2mm variation in the front offset isn't worth worrying about.

Sounds like you actually need slicks.
