Hi
I still visit every now and then. Joined 1addict in early 2008. Still have my 08 135i. Just changed all the vacuum lines after getting low boost errors for the last few months. Can't believe the amount of power I got back.

I changed out my vacuum lines with silicone 3.5mm hose around the 4 year mark for peace of mind and how old the car was getting. One less thing to worry about. |

Bought my 09 135i new. It's just clocked over 40k the other week.
I'm not sure i'll ever sell it... I only get on here from time to time, like now, when i'm chasing some info or parts. Only warmed it up a year ago with FMIC, Exhaust, and PTF tune via Cobb. Crazy difference in power.. So yeah anyone got an LSD for sale? :-) |

Looks like I am late to the party Vinney
I haven't been on 1addicts in a long time. I had two 08 135i's, one bought new and one bought used. Since then I moved onto a new toy...however like a few others on here I am sure the M2 will bring me back out of retirement |

haha I went thru the same cycle and held on to the end. My 2 girls left the hospitals and grew up in my coupes, so don't let anyone fool you that it's inconvenient for one to have a growing family in a coupe! You just need to be the one to manage the children in and out of the back

Still have the first 1M delivered in Australia. Yes I know there is a guy in WA who says otherwise but the time difference means I win that day.
So, if I migrate to an M2 do I still qualify for this group? I think there are good reasons to incorporate the 1 and 2 series on this and other forums ( fora ). |

Is there any word on when ordering/pricing/info will start filtering through on the M2?

Yeh the M2 will most likely be at the Frankfurt motor show in September so we will get the info then. I expect it to be around the 110 - 120k mark for us Craig. In terms of ordering, I dont think this car will be a limited release as such but the demand will be so high and they can only pump out so many within the cars life cycle that I would expect if you wanted one within the first 12 months of its release that you would need to order it this year. Its happening more and more these days on cars such as Macan, CLA, C63 S etc.
I will be in Italy for the month of September so I may try to get over to Frankfurt while I am there. |

First time back on the forum in a few years and see this! So many old timers, feels like a reunion thread.
Still have the 1M, but mostly sits in the shed. It's time for the old girl to go and it's nearly sold. M2 certainly does seem nice... |

My brother-in-law is buying the car so I'm sure he'll join soon! Is there any word on M2 dates and pricing? Is there anything about a CSL version, which was mildly rumoured? I'm tossing up between this or a 30 year old 911! |

http://www.2addicts.com/forums/index.php M2 SOP is Nov 15. Based on info to date, M2 CSL appears to be weight reduction exercise but no one knows for sure. I thought you had already jumped into a P car sometime back? |

Also bought new, however in 2013, it will still be sitting in the garage when I've passed on
