New Seat coding

Hi people,
apologies in advance if this has been covered before but I tried forum search and couldn't find anything.

i'm considering swapping out the interior on my 2004 120d SE for a set of M Sport 1/2 leathers ive seen on fleabay but before I spent my hard earned money (that's debatable!), my question is; would it be a straight like for like swap or would coding be involved due to air bags or similar?

Appreciate any advice, my trigger finger is itching to buy!
