2009, Year One of the 1?
The start/stop button on my E82 128i has year one of the 1 on it.
But it's a 2009, manufactured at the end of 2008. So it should be at least the 2nd or 3rd year?  |

Could always change it to say "Model Year One of the 1" if you like.
Year one was 2004 anyways...

Weird that it would say that, the first year of the 1 series was 04, which was the E87. Maybe it means year one of the E82 since it was manufactured in 08, but I also think some were manufactured in 07.

I have one of these. Mine is a 2009 but was manufactured in October 2008. I guess they have 1 of the 1 on there because it was the first year in the US.
