Anyone had the Dinan performance software installed on their 1M?

I'm debating about doing it since they are currently offering a 15% off special through the end of the year. I once drove a 335xi with a Dinan stage 2 software upgrade and exhaust and it was a total beast and the only comparison I have. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I'm not a "tuner" or engineer, but what I recall was that the performance benefit of Dinan was not worth the cost.
