WTT: 2007 335XI for 2009+ 135i

Title explains most of it, I'll post it in the 335 section as well. I no longer need the 4 door or the AWD part of my car.

Looking to trade my 2007 335XI plus cash on my end for a 135i.

My Car:

2007 335XI
6 Speed manual
Sport package, cold weather package, premium package
Black/Black with wood grain trim
Navigation
107,XXX miles.
Burger DCI, cowl filters, oil catch can
Custom oil cooler
JB4

Maintenance:

New spark plugs and coils less than 1k miles ago
Fresh oil every 3,000
New hoses from water pump and pipe from block
New oil filter housing gaskets

I don't have any paperwork as I do all the work myself and with my brother.

What I'm looking for:

2009+ 135i
6 Speed manual
Navigation
Black, white, blue, dark gray
Sport package, or M sport
Cold weather

Doesn't have to be electric seats, but would be nice.

I'm not sure if people here are looking for this, but figured I'd offer it up. I'm willing to put as much cash as necessary on top depending on the car.
