Is this wastegate rattle

When I remove the vacuum line for the wg actuator, the wg should not make anymore noise?

Can someone confirm this

Correct. If you still hear rattle it's probably your downpipes hitting your subframe or something else. The fitment on those PLM pipes are crap from what I remember reading.
