Biggest Tires for my Setup- Help
Hey guys, I tried doing research, but couldn't find any posts going into detail on what fits my setup.
I just lowered my car on kw v2 and now my tires rub- front and rear, so I am stuck running the stockers for now. Facts: Wheels are 18x8.5 +45 up front and 18x9.5 +45 in the rear. The Kw's are set to max low in the rear and just as low in the front. I want to keep this height. Rear fenders are rolled. What's the biggest tire that can fit? |

can anyone confirm these will fit without rubbing? I have 235/45/18 and 265/35/18 on my rims currently and they are nowhere near drivable. the rears hit the shock and the fender and the fronts hit the spring.

You have the wrong size front tires. Do not go with 45 ratio.
You should be able to fit 235/40-18 front. If you have camber plates 245/35-18. Rear 255/35-18. |

That was actually a typo on my part- i do have 235/40/18. The tire rubs against the spring at this ride height unfortunately

That's very low. With those wheels and the car that low I'd probably go with 225/35 fr then 245/35 rears. I'd use Falken, Toyo, or Nitto tires (tire brand/model can make a huge difference). You might need a 5mm spacer up front and/or some camber.

Hmm. 225/40/18, 245/35/18 should be fine. Since you have your fenders rolled, you might be able to get away with a 255/35 rear.
