Will it fit?

I'm planning on getting some new rims for my car and I was wondering if they'll fit without any rubbing. The wheels are 18x8.0 squared with 35 offset. I plan on lowering my car 3/4 inch. If I run 225/40 and 245/35 tires do you think there will be any rubbing?

I run 8×17et 35 with AD08 225/45/17 square. I'm lowered app 20 mm with M3 control arms. No rubbing. Think it will be a rubbing issue with 245 rear.

Yep, rear will probably rub with that offset and 245s
