European 135i head light questions

Hey guys/girls,

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with my question.

Can European 135i headlights fit a Australian 135i, straight plug and play?

I have the part numbers for both cars they are slightly different. My main concern is that the pins might not be a straight plug and play as well as the Dynamic Xenon not working. Seeing that we are right side drive and European cars are left side drive.
If anyone can confirm if they do or don't work that would be much appreciated.
