I did a fairly thorough read of the first 37 pages of this thread searching for AccessTUNER, but wasn't able to get access to pages 38-40.
My question is, will the AccessTUNER race for end users be made available? If so, any ETA on that? Thanks. |

If you're really interested in custom tuning, vishnu just released their procede custom software. I'm not starting a tuner war or anything, they're both great companies and I'm going with COBB, but vishnu does maintain a stronger presense on the forums and shiv will be more than willing to talk to you about it |

Thanks again for your order/support on the COBB AccessPORT sir. Make sure to update the COBB AccessPORT with the AccessPORT manager before flashing the vehicle! |

Just a heads up. ECUI8A0S V203 is available today... FWIW and I dig it more than v202 for sure, a bit smoother than V201 too.

I noticed this last night - had the car in for service so thought I'd check before the re-install and lo and behold it was there! Haven't had a chance to give it a drive yet, but excited to do so this morning -

When the COBB AP is uninstalled I see that the stock ECU ROM dump is still on the COBB AP. When I go to reinstall the unit will it delete the existing stock ROM and download it again from the ECU? I don't want to get mixed up if the dealership updates the firmware and I end up with 2 versions of the stock ROM on the COBB. I assumed after uninstall it would wipe the original ROM dump since there would be no need to keep it.

Yes. There is a lot of difference between the two when COBB is installed. You feel more power In Sport mode but I have been enjoying the regular mode more right now because of the excessive heat.

I agree...don't really use Sport mode since we have Tx weather at the moment. Stnd is good enough.

last update on my car...
IT'S FIXED! Last week I checked the plugs, moved the plug from cylinder two to one, problem stayed. (Misfire cylinder 2) This weekend, opened it back up, swapped coilpacks from cylinder two to cylinder one and BOOM, misfire cylinder one. Picked up a new coilpack ($45 with a wholesale parts discount) took everything apart again, popped in the new coilpack and now I FINALLY have my car back to normal. It's about time, this took forever. I'll replace plugs down the road, but so far so good, just a bad coilpack.
