Question?
Is the 135i with sports package lower than a 135i without sports package?

All US 135i have sport suspension standard. It's optional on the 128i.

So if i get the pro kit and it lowers my car 1.2 inches? or .2 inches because its already 1 inch lower?
Really confused. Or will it lower it 1.2 inches from the point it is now?

Usually measurements are based on sport suspension-equipped cars so those springs would lower your car 1.2" from where it's sitting now. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have.
