Item Interest
Hey guys, gauging interest on the possible lease takeover/sale of my 2011 135. Me and Mrs.Dr Jay are expecting our second child and need a bigger vehicle unfortunately, otherwise I would have no doubt I would keep this car for a very long time. Enthusiast owned, I have had 6 BMWs and care for my vehicles with an almost sickening obsession. I hand wash, wax and correct the paint on all of my cars and this one is in tip top shape. NO ONE has ever washed this car other than me, every trip to the dealer I put a large sign on the steering wheel DO NOT WASH. I picked up the car the day it came off the truck and took it home with all of the plastic still on the car. Detailing products used on the car include Dodo Juice, Menzerna Polishes, Wolf's Chemicals, Chemical Guys, Swisssvax, Uber Pads and Microfiber from Phil @ detailersdomain. On to the details

2011 135i
Ti Silver on Black
DCT Transmission
Cold Weather Package
M Sport Package
Shadowline Trim
Sirius Sat/Blue Tooth
BMW Assist
6500 miles (I drive about 5 miles per day roundtrip)

Lease Payment with Pa tax included $550.23
Current buyout $34,175.36
17 months left on lease
Current miles left on lease 29,500
Pics will be up tomorrow

I might be interested. Can you also include the car's residual at the end of the lease?

Do you have any interior pictures?

Would you be willing to come down on the price at all? I'm not interested in taking over the lease but might be willing to buy out he car if you can come down from the $34k buy out price.

If this were a 6 speed, I'd be interested. $34K buyout is a hell of a deal with that mileage.

The dual clutch trannys are definitely better in terms of function, but I have an excellent one in my VW GTI and miss the manual shift. No matter how good it is, it is still an automatic. However, if you are sick of manuals or drive in traffic a lot, they are great. GLWS!

No pdc or conv package, car was never driven in snow. Was always garaged until last month as my garage was/is being demolished and being rebuilt as we speak
