Ditch RFTs, get good rubber (I told this to many people, but I still couldn't do it yet)
Get new suspension and may be good coilovers if you are tracking your car. or just wait couple thousand miles to break in your current suspension.
oh if you can sell your car and get 6MT J/k

im looking more for performance and ya ill ditch the RFTs when i kill the tread, im planning on maybe 19s at that point (no stagger) also my suspension IS broken in considering the car has 26K miles on it

not much you can do perf wise besides expensive intakes like a gruppeM or a drop in filter. you could also pick up a BMS PBX. you're not going to get very much power out of either. if I were you maybe get some exhaust and wider wheels with nice tires. I hate my RFTs when i get some cash im going to do it.

BMS powerbox. Its like a juicebox (ex JB3 or JB+) but for a N/A motor.

it increases HP by only about 8 but it remaps your throttle so youll "feel" faster. I heard its cool but its about 275 new. There are some used ones for about 245

edit: its a piggyback tune (a seperate chip you plug to your ecu if you don't know)

NP. And keep in mind they run depending on the manufacturer by about a 40 dollar spread. I saw one for my car for 56 and one for 100... Just pick the cheapest one (probably K&N) they're all exactly the same and are made by the same manu. [S&B filters] Its all the same thing besides the color.

Ditch the RFTs as someone said, that will make a huge difference and get coilovers, your car will feel much quicker around the corners. You can always do drop in filters, PBX tune, exhaust, and if you absolutely want a bigger power bump you can do the 330i intake manifold, can be costly though.

What car were you driving before?

I was driving a 99 C23K benz before. Blacked out w/ amg wheels. But ya im gonna ditch the RFTs and go for an injen intake as well thanks for the advice and i like the M suspension so coils arent really a necessity.

if i get stagger it will be hard to get the rear loose...im a fan of drifting and idk if 200lbs/ft torque will break loose a wide tire too easily.

You could upgrade the engine to a twin turbo. Aside from failing HPFPs, one of the best mods you can get. Go in to a BMW dealer and ask how much they'll give for trading in a 128i for a 135i. You won't have to worry about warrenty issues. The Tiptronic transmission is a ZF, said to be a much better automatic transmission than the GM auto in the 128i.

I have a 128i as well, and so far the best mod ive done was the BMW performance short shift kit, best bang for buck IMO, i also did the 135i exhaust mod, but it was more for sound, altho PUSHKIN on here has dyno sheet to show #s.
I also have the Injen short ram intake...sounds good with the exhaust.
