AMG performance seats?

I heard a rumor that the AMG performance seats are made my the same manufacturer as the BMW performance seats, and they can be installed easily in a BMW.

Can anyone confirm this? Anyone done it? I love the look of the AMG seats.

Recaro perhaps

The seat brackets would need a modification. next the airbag cable connector

Yes they fit, they are based on a recaro cs seat

+1 on they will fit. airbag harness is identical, but the connecters have to be changed.

C Class application are manual. E Class are electric (but won't fit).

1). Very expencive. More than the BMW ones.
2) I don't off the top of my head. Let me call around today.
