128i SGM

Hey all,
Anybody have pics of a SGM 128i Coupe without the sport package?

Just placed the order for one and would love a good picture to keep me sane until it comes in September!

Cheers!
Nick

Hmmm..

Yeah, I saw the original thread, you didn't get the sport package? I thought those wheels came with the Sport.

Unless he changed out the wheels and the chrome trim (for shadowline), I am going to say that is the 128 WITH a sport package. The 128i non-sport comes with 16" wheels in the US.

I saw one at the dealer that looked sparkling clean from 15 feet away, and when I swiped my fingers across the body, they were FILTHY. (It was a customer vehicle)

At least you can say it hides dirt really well!

It is THE EASIEST color to keep looking clean.
It can be totally trash dirty and you can't tell from 15 feet away.

I also think the picture posted is with the sport package. I do not have the sport package but I do have 17" wheels. BMW was planning to put 16" on the base model for the US but changed their minds, so you probably saw the 16" wheels listed in the first documents on the US bound 1-series.

Sorry I don't have PIC to post.

That is true for the coupe. The non-sport convertible comes with 16" wheels.

The non-sport 128i coupe comes with 17" in the US. (The sport 128i gets 17" as well, but with different styling & staggered width.)
