yeah, let them cure. Cool Carbon says that 12 hours is optimum curing time for the compound.
http://www.coolcarbonperformance.com/faq.html And yes, you can see as little bit of red on the back of the pads. Went a little crazy with the compound. It should be applied to anywhere the backing will contact. The pads hang down past the caliper a little more than I thought. Doesn't hurt anything though. Once you get a bit of brake dust happening it turns black anyway so it looks fine. |
