Can you reversr a BMW flash?

Had my car serviced by Doncaster and despite my specific instructions it is clear to me the car was flashed as part of the service. It sounds muted and feels slow and unresponsive, In gear times before and after show a significant reduction in power,

I want my old tune back!! Is it possible?
