How Cheap do you think you could get a 135 with sunroof for?

F&*K still can't find a car that will replace the 130 (just resigned lease for another 12 months ), looking at all sorts of things but really cant justify spending > $90,000.00 and parking it on the street etc.

So I am back to thinking about putting up with the troubles of a two door and looking at a 135.

I have not bother to speak to any dealers at this stage just thought I might get some feedback from some like minded bargain hunters of there success.

Feedback is apprecaited.

i don't know whats going on with dealers at the moment, i was looking for a car for my wife and had a wander around parramatta road and checked out the XPO sales at trivet bmw. they had almost exactly my car on their showroom floor: 135i AW Auto Sunroof. but this car also had performance wheels so 1 more option. they wanted $102000!!!! when i saw the price i snorted so loud a lady quickly came over to assist. how much are the performance wheels? i asked. about 5 grand she answered. 'so 97 grand for a car i bough a year ago for 80k!!!' i said. she just shrugged her shoulders. i left it at that as she was really good looking. So to answer your question i'd shop around alot and keep reminding dealers the rrp is 72 - 75k. or get a 1-2 year old one for 68k.

I'd say in the current market you could probably get a car with metallic and sunroof for around $76-78k on the road in a non-WA state. Things will be VERY quiet at dealers with the expiry of the tax incentives.

Garage List
You should pay as much as you can, that way you can keep prices on 2nd hand cars up and we all benefit in the long run

I definitely noticed with the LCT increases and the tax incentives last year, prices of cars were way up. I was quoted just shy of $100k before I started negotiating - that was for about $10k of options and there was at least $10k of taxes in the car...
